      UNION RESIGNATION & AGENCY FEE REBATE LETTER 
 
      2009 AGENCY FEE CHALLENGE LETTER FOR CURRENT WEA NONMEMBERS 
        (This is a two page document that can be copied back to back, folded and 
          mailed to the WEA.  It is pre-addressed.)
          
          ~$200-$300 rebate is received by WEA nonmember; rest of dues go to union.
           Requires annual rebate request letter sent to union by fall deadline. 
           Contact NWPE to be put on a list for annual reminders.

      RELIGIOUS OBJECTION LETTER 
          
          100% dues go to nonreligious charity. 
          Once granted, no annual requirements.
          No deadline to exercise this right.
          NWPE can provide assistance and free legal review of letter.
